Our Story
Uncorked Tahoe was established in February of 2007. Chris and Kelsey Barkman are the co-owners and operating partners for Uncorked Olympic Valley, Uncorked Tahoe City, Uncorked Truckee, and Petra Restaurant at Northstar. There is a love and passion for food and wine that drives these businesses. Along with experiencing the amazing options for recreation in the Truckee and Tahoe basin. You will often see us across the locations in between enjoying outdoor time and juggling our son Jack, who has become the Uncorked Mascot! We look forward to pouring you wine, plating your food and sharing experiences with you.
