Elemental Immersion Wellness Event at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe

Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino is hosting the “Elemental Immersion” Community Unity event.
The event will take place in the resort’s Lakeside Ballroom featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the lakefront setting. The schedule of activities includes the following:

10 a.m. – Restorative breathwork session led by registered yoga teacher Brooke Haley, this session will guide participants through mindful breathing techniques designed to promote relaxation, clarity, and overall wellbeing.

11 a.m. – Intention-based cold plunge in the naturally chilled waters of Lake Tahoe.

12 p.m. – Sound bath healing session using vibrational acoustics to clear mental overactivity and foster a sense of deep presence and balance.

1 p.m. – Light refreshments & closing gathering with a selection of health-conscious snacks and refreshing mocktails, thoughtfully prepared by the resort’s culinary team.

Entrance to the event is complimentary with a suggested $10 donation benefitting the Village Pet Foundation. Guests are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat and towel.
